Thomas Forsey, 23, preyed on his victims in Glasgow Green on September 11, last year.
Forsey, of the city’s Whiteinch, held the then 17-year-old’s throat before kissing her against her will.He then went on to grope the second victim before following the pair onto a fairground ride where he struck again.He was ordered to do 200 hours of unpaid work at sentencing. Forsey was also put under supervision and the sex offenders register for one year by Sheriff Thomas Ward.The trio conversed for an hour then walked towards the rides.
Prosecutor Abigail McKenna said:"Forsey grabbed the teenager by the throat with his hand and began kissing her without consent."While waiting to get on, Forsey asked a sexually inappropriate question before touching the second woman on the breast.The two women attempted to get on the ride on their own without Forsey.He sat next to the teenager where he ran his hand up her leg and touched her thigh.Forsey was traced meantime and was arrested.
