TODAY’s Craig Melvin and Sheinelle Jones stopped by the Lotte New York Palace on Thursday for a kickoff event for the U.S. Open, which begins Monday. The event featured some of biggest names in tennis, including Andre Agassi, Carlos Alcaraz and Caroline Wozniacki.
Tennis player Taylor Fritz advanced to the U.S. Open quarterfinals Sept. 1, and his girlfriend was once again his biggest supporter from the sidelines. The ever-stylish Morgan Riddle has traveled the world with her boyfriend over the years, following his tennis journey and solidifying herself as an authority in the fashion world along the way. Riddle, 27, is a media savant-turned-influencer, with hundreds of thousands of followers on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Riddle told the New York Times in 2023 that by posting just one TikTok video, she makes five times the amount of money she made at her previous job. “I’m really happy with what I’m doing, and I’m making good money,” she told the newspaper. “People are allowed to make all the judgments they want. A lot of times people have assumptions about me, but then they watch my YouTube, or they listen to me on a podcast, and they’re like, ‘Oh my gosh, I was wrong.
