The high jump was one of four events she had on the day, as part of the seven-event, two-day heptathlon competition at the U.S. Olympic Track Trials. Erin Marsh cleared 1.73 meters, or 5 feet, 8 inches.

Before the heptathlon got underway on Sunday, Brandon Marsh was looking forward to watching his sister compete. Thanks to a rare 11:35 a.m. ET game start time, the outfielder was able to watch Erin Marsh compete on TV.“I’m very excited to watch her compete,” Brandon Marsh told NBC10 Philadelphia in the Phillies’ clubhouse on Saturday.
