Day 3
We get home at 5:30pm feeling absolutely exhausted and tuck into our food. We stopped off at a fish and chips takeaway on the way back as neither of us could be bothered to“We bodyboard throughout the day with regular breaks to recover, as well as grabbing lunch by the sea.”I had another good night’s sleep last night, and wake up at 6am. I stop off at the shop on the way home to pick up some kitchen supplies, so I don’t get home until 7pm. I’m thoroughly exhausted at this point and need to get an early night as I’m working all weekend, so I head up to be around 10pm., sleep expert and professional physiologist, says:
