Following weeks of negotiations after Parliament rejected the Prime Minister’s Draft Withdrawal Agreement back in January, we finally know exactly what has been agreed with the EU. We have an agreement that does not change the wording of the backstop, but which supplements it. MPs must now decide whether to support it.
