It depends on the day. If I am doing my exercise it will be [around] 5am. Otherwise, religiously, I will be woken at about quarter to six by my son. I don’t need an alarm clock.I try to exercise three times a week. It’s typically HIT at home, so I can be there for when the children wake up. It takes 45 mins to an hour.
My partner also works, and when I came back from maternity leave, it was really important to me, and I say this to staff, thatI’m very lucky to have a nanny. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I meet her. I’m very lucky. Our nanny has been with us for 10 years. [I am conscious] that not everyone has that luxury, but I don’t have family in Australia, so you have to find ways to make it work. I’m a New Zealander.
