William and Kate's 'microexpressions' and 'what they mean for the monarchy,' according to an expert
Prince William and Kate Middleton showed their desire to be “very accessible by the public” during their latest royal engagement, a body language expert said.
During the engagement – which saw William answer an unexpected phone call at the Indian restaurant to take an order – the Prince of Wales appeared ‘confident’ while his wife displayed a ‘great sense of humour’ and ‘microexpressions of happiness,’ body language expert Darren Stanton said. “Overall, the footage demonstrates the future of the monarchy where Prince William and Kate want to be seen as very accessible by the public. The pair have clearly got a great sense of humour and it’s kudos to when they eventually do become King and Queen."
She and husband William visited The Indian Streatery restaurant, chatting to employees and taking reservations at the family-run venue.
