Former tennis professional and BBC presenter Annabel Croft's beloved husband Mel Coleman tragically died aged 60 after he was diagnosed with stage three stomach cancer
Wimbledon icon Annabel Croft tragically learnt that her husband, Mel Coleman, was seriously unwell just weeks before he passed away. Amid sorrow after losing her beloved husband, Annabel credited Strictly Come Dancing for becoming a welcome "distraction from grief and dark thoughts".
Together they raised three children, Charlie, Amber, and Lilly. Tragically, Mel started experiencing stomach pains, a lack of appetite, and unintentional weight loss, which led to a diagnosis of stage three stomach cancer, reports the Mirror. Annabel's other half was a professional yachtsman and investment banker who operated a tennis club with her and participated in the famous America's Cup event. During an episode of Strictly, where she was partnered with Johannes Radebe, Annabel revealed that her husband was an avid fan of the show and she hoped he was watching her performances.
