Wimbledon's Annabel Croft 'completely heartbroken' over husband's death just weeks after cancer diagnosis
Tennis star Annabel Croft has made her return to television just weeks after the tragic death of her husband, Mel Coleman.
The former America’s Cup yachtsman, who co-ran a tennis school with Annabel, was diagnosed with stage three cancer after complaining of sudden stomach problems, reports the Mirror. Former tennis world 24 and television personality Annabel confirmed the devastating news. The gut-wrenching news was met with an outpouring of support and condolences from fans. One said: "Tragic. So sad, always watched her at Wimbledon, amazing lady, so sad, heartbreaking, thoughts with Annabel and all family and loved ones”.
"I'd never been on a yacht before, but it ended up with me, Eamonn Holmes and Peter Skellern going off to Guernsey to shoot a programme where we learnt how to race a yacht.
