Anna lives at a refuge in Wolverhampton and says the news has made her extremely worried.
Anna, not her real name, said her anxiety was "through the roof" at the thought of her abuser being released early from jail
"I feel desperately worried. People might not be arrested for domestic violence but it's on their record so they could be in for something else," she added. It described the early prisoner release scheme as a “ticking time bomb that could put public safety at risk”.
