A woman was arrested in connection with the death of a man who was reported missing in April and then found dead days later in a greenbelt in southeast Austin .
On April 13, Cristian's family went to the Walmart at 5017 W U.S. Highway 290 and obtained surveillance video that showed him on April 8 in a light-colored SUV. APD Homicide Detectives and Crime Scene Specialists responded to the scene and interviewed witnesses. After examining the remains, on July 25, detectives learned that Cristian's injuries were consistent with him being assaulted at the time of his death.
