Sharon Bell, 58, went to the family’s private addresses, sent them letters and was reported for waiting outside Harper’s school between June and July and November this year.Bell, who first contacted the family five years ago to claim that she was Harper’s mother, has been banned from approaching or sending messages to the former England footballer, his wife Victoria and their children.
