Bianca Carter, 46, was barred from entering the town after numerous shoplifting offences in the area. She was handed a two-year Criminal Behaviour Order at Wigan Magistrates Court on Wednesday .
In a statement, Greater Manchester Police said: "A woman from Bury has been given a two-year Criminal Behaviour Order .
