Woman dead and one-year-old fighting for life after car with five people in crashes
"There were five occupants in the vehicle.
"Two other people, a one-year-old boy and a woman aged in her 30s have been taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, where they remain with life-threatening injuries. "Two others, a man aged in his 30s and a girl aged two years, sustained less serious injuries and are also at the John Radcliffe Hospital."
Senior investigating officer, Sergeant Dominic Mahon of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “I am appealing to anybody who was driving on the M40 at around the time of this collision to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police if you have witnessed this incident.
