Angela Schofield didn't calorie count or follow any strict diets
Angela Schofield had tried all kinds of slimming methods over the years but found her weight yo-yoed throughout her life.
Instead, Angela purchased a £6 weighted hula hoop off Vinted and watched as the weight dropped off – so far losing 2st 3lbs. “I thought, I’ll do this without, and managed to get myself a weighted hula hoop. With that, I didn’t need to join a gym and could do it no matter what the weather. I spend five to 10 minutes a day doing that. I also try to walk a bit more.”
“ got me thinking about whether I really wanted or whether I was just having it because it was there,” she added.Angela says cutting down on alcohol has also been a massive part of her weight loss success. “I still have alcohol,” she added. “I will hold my hands up. Though Angela still wants her weight to drop to the 14stone region, she says she's 'ecstatic' with her journey so far.
