Police have confirmed that the body of a woman was discovered in a home in Edinburgh early on Sunday.
Emergency services were called to the dwelling on Oxgangs Road in the capital at around 7am on March 5.However, police say they are not treating the death as suspicious, currently assessing it as a "sudden death". A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal, as is standard procedure for all unexplained deaths in Scotland.
