No arrests have been made yet, as police investigate how Christine Potts was attacked by two XL Bully dogs during a 'prolonged attack'.
A woman had her face and head mauled after she tried to save her dogs from being attacked by two XL Bullies.
Christine and Tracey were sitting on a bench after walking their dogs, Rosie, a 16-year-old West Highland Terrier, and Mylo, a two year old Papillon. The other Bully went for Mylo and Christine was bitten as she lay on the floor trying to protect her pet under her body. Christine said: “At one point I was getting so tired I thought we would have to let them kill our dogs. We just could not keep fighting."
