The crash was reported just after midnight Monday on U.S. 17, about 1.5 miles north of Yellow Bluff Road and 3 minutes south of Yulee.Troopers said the SUV was headed south on U.S. 17 when it traveled across the oncoming lane and slammed into a tree on the east shoulder.All three women are from Fernandina Beach and none were wearing seat belts, according to the report.
