Both were found in the garage, the woman fatally shot and the man was taken to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.SAN ANTONIO — Police are searching for a suspect who shot and killed a woman and critically wounded a man at a home on the south east side of town early Wednesday morning.When officers arrived at the home, they found a female victim dead in the garage and a man in his 30s with a gunshot wound to his chest and two more in his arm. He was taken to BAMC in critical condition.
