’ Ellen was forced to sleep on the sofa wearing gloves due to the pain The oozing sores left her feeling like her skin was constantly wet The symptoms even caused problems in her relationship, with Ellen choosing to sleep on the sofa for a month because she didn’t want to sleep next to her partner of seven years, Robbie Blake, 27. ‘Topical steroids don’t just affect your skin, they affect your adrenal glands and your mood and absolutely everything,’ she said.
