Police, firefighters and paramedics attended the incident this evening
A woman was rushed to hospital following a crash in Bury. Police and firefighters raced to the scene on Sunny Bank Road in Unsworth this evening.The fire service were called at 5.30pm and spent about an hour at the scene.

One fire engine from Whitefield quickly attended the scene.
"Firefighters assisted one woman from the car who was transferred to the care of North West Ambulance Service and taken to hospital. Firefighters assisted Greater Manchester Police to make the area safe before leaving the scene around 6.30pm."
