Timothy Allen beheaded his wife Samantha Ho the day after a GP visit where he said he was suicidal and had been suffering paranoia
The beheading of a woman by her husband, thought to have been triggered by an X Factor episode, was an 'unexpected tragedy', according to a new report on the killing.The couple had met at university and married in 2010 however Allen's mental health had significantly deteriorated following a motorcycle crash in 2004.
