A pickup truck driver said a dancing woman distracted him at 5:30 p.m. May 20, causing him to strike a pedestrian who was walking in front of his vehicle in a shopping center parking lot.
The driver, who was making a left turn at the time, had stopped to let a man and his 25-year-old daughter cross in front of him.The victim, a relative of the father and daughter, was walking with them, but had fallen behind.A resident reported at 7:30 a.m. May 31 that someone had stolen his enclosed utility trailer that was parked on his property.An Auburn woman, 24, driving a car at 2:20 p.m.
