A few years ago, she weighed more, felt less comfortable in her own skin, and looked entirely different from how she does now. In fact, after revealing her transformation in a recent TikTok video, viewers were left gobsmacked by her stunning appearance. Since sharing the video, hundreds of people have liked it, and many couldn't resist praising Jo on her amazing transformation. Jo admitted that it took her four years to reach her dream weight, but now she couldn't be happier.A third asked: "Do you fast or is it all workouts? " To which Jo responded, explaining that she lost the weight by adopting a balanced diet.
