The shooting happened about 9:30 p.m. Sunday at Parker Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard.
OAKLAND — A 32-year-old woman was shot Sunday night as she sat in a car in East Oakland, authorities said.
Another vehicle pulled alongside and a person got out and shot into the parked vehicle, hitting the woman, authorities said. The shooter then fled in the vehicle.A motive for the shooting has not yet been determined. No arrests have been made.
