Woman reveals how to make KFC chicken - and says she ‘cracked the secret recipe’
one tablespoon of ground corianderone teaspoon of garlic powderAfter soaking the chicken in water, Poppy let the chicken marinade in the spices for 10 minutesNext, she coated the chicken in the mixture and left them to soak up the spices for 10 minutes in the fridge.
She then poured a generous amount of vegetable oil into a frying pan and cooked the chicken on a medium heat. Poppy explained: "When it's golden on one side, give it a flip - it looks absolutely delicious already - and wait until it's golden on the other side too." In order to get the chicken nice and crispy like the real deal, Poppy then put the pieces on a baking tray and cooked for a further 20 minutes in the oven.
