A woman has tragically died in a Wetherspoons beer garden following an incident in Edinburgh yesterday evening.
She passed away in the pub's beer garden after collapsing and had been staying in the hotel since Sunday, Wetherspoons confirmed. However, there are any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death. A spokesperson for Wetherspoon said: "Wetherspoon can confirm that a lady passed away in the pub’s beer garden. The lady collapsed in the beer garden. She had not been served in the pub today. Paramedics arrived within two minutes but couldn’t revive her and she was pronounced dead at 4pm.
