Fitness instructor ‘groped by Sir Philip Green’ tells court Topshop billionaire ‘patted her’ on the bottom ‘vigorously’
SIR Philip Green’s alleged victim was pictured in court for the first time to hear her case against the Topshop tycoon.
The hearing lasted less than two minutes as Green’s lawyer and the prosecutor agreed with the judge to adjourn the case for 60 days to allow more time for both sides.Green allegedly molested Mrs Surridge on two occasions in the gym at the luxury Canyon Ranch spa in Arizona where the tycoon has a £2.3million home.
He was charged with four counts of misdemeanor assault in May, three months after The Sun uncovered claims he had groped the employee.
