In a press call organized by the Texas Democratic Party, Miller bashed former President Donald Trump and Republicans, saying they wanted to turn the country into a “nightmare.”

“If we allow Donald Trump to reach the White House this November, he will make this nightmare a reality nationwide, he will have the opportunity to appoint more extremist Supreme Court justices to cement this rollback of rights for the rest of our lives,” Miller said. “None of this would be possible without Donald Trump,” she continued. “He is responsible for the devastating choices families like mine had to make, the hurdles we had to jump through to save our lives. Donald Trump and Texas Republicans want to punish women.
