Network Rail this week confirmed it has completed a £3.2m schedule of improvement works to the line that links Glasgow to the Highlands.
A £3.2million programme of work to renew track, refurbish structures and improve drainage on the West Highland Line was completed on time today .
At Craigendoran, work took place to renew track and replace switches and crossings – movable sections of rail that allow trains to swap between lines.
