Construction on Highland Oaks, an eight-story apartment mid-rise will begin next month, according to a state filing.
Apartment builder Kairoi Residential has purchased older residential buildings along U.S. Highway 75 near Knox Street that will be the site of a new rental community.at 4839 N Central Expressway in Dallas’ Knox-Henderson neighborhood. Construction is expected to begin late next month, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.Estimated construction costs are $75 million and work is expected to conclude by the end of 2026, according to the filing.
