Work is currently underway at a proposed food hall space on a popular South Belfast road
Significant progress has been made on the site at Benmore House on the Lisburn Road, transforming the former retail space into a hot food premises with multiple food outlets.
The proposal reads: "Change of Use from financial services to hot food premises providing sit in and takeaway". The three food outlets, according to the proposed floor plan submitted in 2021, are a dessert stand called 'Dessert Den', a pizza retailer called 'Fire Away' and an Asian food stall called 'Wok & Go'.
