The workers at Brasken America in Delaware County, Pennsylvania left the factory for the first time this week after hunkering down to do their bit for the coronavirus crisis. According to, about 40 employees unanimously decided to live at their job and work 12-hour shifts every day to help battle the Covid-19 outbreak. They had been working to produce polypropylene, a material used to make N95 masks, sanitary napkins and hospital gowns among other critical items.
‘We’re truly honored to be able to give back and support people we will never meet in some way,’ operations shift supervisor Joe Boyce said.
