the chance to bounce their way through what they say is the "world's biggest and craziest" 5km obstacle course. The Inflatable 5km course with 30 obstacles arrives at Strathclyde Country Park near Motherwell on August 29, promising plenty of family fun.
Taking place from 9am until 2.25 pm there are three brand new sections this year, meaning you will tackle 30 gigantic obstacles on the 5k distance . The organisers, UK Running Events, say that this, combined with five pumping music zones to motivate you, will make this year's Inflatable 5k their "most epic yet". Participants can choose from four distances, including 2.5km , 5k , 10k and 15k .
The team posted: "Choose how far you want to bounce! Whether you're up for 2.5K, 5K, 10K, or the ultimate 15K challenge, each lap is packed with epic inflatable obstacles and non-stop fun. Go at your own pace - run, jog, or walk - it's all about laughs, not lap times!
" They added that it will be "bigger, bouncier and better" than ever before when it returns this August and obstacles will include the likes of the Crash Bang, the Swing Shot and the Temple of Doom. They said: "The excitement has been pumped up to the MAX, you'll be jumping, sliding, and laughing your way to the finish line like never before.
"So grab your friends, lace up your trainers, and get ready for the ultimate inflatable adventure. "Strathclyde Country Park, Hamilton Rd, Motherwell, ML1 3ED
