For those new to menstrual cups, INTIMINA, the company behind the Ziggy also has a starter cup known as the Lily Cup One perfect for beginners.

It's the smallest cup in the company's range, which can be purchased on their website, but with a 21ml capacity its still suitable for a normal flow.
