Janel Grant has sought to obtain medical records from Dr. Carlon Colker as part of evidence to be used in her federal lawsuit against Vince McMahon.
Dr. Carlon Colker filed a motion in court last month seeking evidence from Janel Grant, the former WWE employee who has alleged that McMahonThe pre-trial petition, which was filed in response to a petition filed by Grant in July, appeared to be a precursor to a defamation lawsuit before it was withdrawn last week, according to a filing in Connecticut Superior Court on Wednesday.
Grant also said that she has attempted to access her medical records from the clinic but has since been denied.McMahon — who resigned as executive chairman of WWE-parent TKO Group Holdings following Grant’s lawsuit earlier this year — is being investigated by federal authorities over several alleged hush money payments made to women over the course of several years.McMahon is alleged to have used Grant as a sex slave during her more than two years as an employee at WWE.
McMahon has also alleged that Grant wrote him love letters and was planning a future together with him.
