The full-suspension e-mountain bikes are the latest additions to Yamaha's long history of pedal-assist bicycles.

The YDX-MORO 07 and YDX-MORO 05 both come with Yamaha-specific features like the PW-X3 center-mounted drive unit, dual twin frame, and quad sensor system.Yamaha claims the bikes deliver the “smoothest assist delivery ever felt on a power assist bicycle in a lighter and more powerful complete package.”
Yamaha utilized a minimalist-style interface to control the electric components on the two bikes, with the aim of decreasing distractions that might lead to mishaps. The assist control switch is simple and partners with a 3-color LED interface to indicate which mode the rider is using.
