The child's parents reportedly discovered she was missing around 1:30 a.m. when they checked her room and saw she wasn't there.
The 12-year-old victim reported that she had been chatting with an adult from the State College area who she met on a ChatIB app. On June 4, McClintock was arrested and taken into the Centre County Prison. He is currently waiting on extradition back to York County where his bail will be set.
