An eight-year-old boy from Melbourne has died while on a family holiday with his parents and two siblings.
Creekside College student, Mohammad Anwairi, travelled to Afghanistan with his mum, dad, sister and brother two weeks ago when the tragedy unfolded.
The family’s neighbour, Tammy Callejan, described the young boy as funny and having shared an “inseparable” bond with little brother Yousef, who he often played with.The Creekside student is being warmly remembered by his community and other students.
