Aaron McPherson, 17, died in hospital on June 15.
Emergency services were called to the fatal collision involving an E-bike and a small white hatchback car on Portal Road at 11.45pm on Thursday, May 30. Crews attended and the 17-year-old male rider of the E-bike was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow, where he died on June 15.
He was later named by police as Aaron McPherson. Detectives investigating his death confirmed they have charged a 17-year-old youth in connection with 'murder'. He is due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Friday, June 21. An 18-year-old man was also arrested in connection with the incident.Top news stories today Detective Chief Inspector David MacGregor said: "Our thoughts remain with Aaron's family and friends. Officers are offering support and keeping them updated as our investigation continues.
