Zara Larsson to make acting debut in new Netflix film

The singer will be performing in Liverpool next week Curiously

The singer will be playing one of the leading roles in the Swedish movie. The plot follows Anges, played by Felicia Maxime, and her ferocious jealousy of her popular older sister Julia, played by Zara.

Edvin Ryding will also play a leading role as Noel, Julia’s boyfriend. He and Maxime also starred together in the Netflix series Young Royals.The synopsis of the film from Netflix reads: “When the worst possible thing occurs, Agnes' world is turned upside down and she’s forced to reinvent herself.

Meanwhile, Zara will have to take time out of her busy music schedule. She helped kick off Eurovision celebrations at the National Lottery’s Big Eurovision Welcome. The pop singer will also be one of the stars at Radio City Hits Live, which is taking place at the M&S Bank Arena on May 26. A Part of You will begin production in Sweden next week.
