Zara McDermott's Barbados birthday trip struck with tragedy as Sam Thompson sick in bed
After recently celebrating her 26th birthday in London with her family, Zara McDermott has jetted off to Barbados to continue the fun with boyfriend Sam Thompson.
Zara revealed she's been exploring on her own as bed-ridden Sam attempts to recover in their hotel room. Zara went on to reveal that Sam had sought medical assistance for his stomach bug, with a doctor coming to their hotel to administer an injection. Zara and Sam's romantic trip comes after they recently sparked engagement rumours as the ex Made in Chelsea favourite shared a gushing tribute to his girlfriend on her birthday.
