Zara Tindall has given a rare TV interview, sharing her "hopes and dreams" as she appears in a new ITV documentary about the final day of the Cheltenham Festival. As the niece of King Charles, Zara, 43, provides insight into one of the UK's most highly anticipated horse racing events.
Zara also confesses that watching the competition can be more nerve-wracking than participating, saying, "I think it's worse watching than riding, 100 per cent because you've got no control over it, and you sit back and let them get on with it." Zara has been married to former rugby union player Mike Tindall since 2011, and the couple share three children: Mia Grace, 10, Lena Elizabeth, six, and Lucas Phillip, who is three. Zara is also godmother to Prince William's son, George.
