The 26-year-teamed up with Zhavia Ward for the duet of dreams, ahead of the movie’s release – and it might just be better than the original.In the video, the former One Direction singer can be seen wandering around the streets of New York by himself at night, while belting out the infamous chorus.The clip also sees Zhavia, 18, taking in the sights of the city from a rooftop – which has absolutely nothing to do with the film but we are living for it.
‘I don’t give a s*** what y’all think about the new Aladdin movie, Zayn’s rendition of a whole new world is f***ing phenomenal,’ a fan replied. While a Twitter user added: ‘Zayn & Zhavia’s version of A Whole New World literally took me to… a whole new world.’The film will be flying on to the big screen in just a few weeks, and we are more than ready for it.
