An opportunity to own a historic six-bedroom manor house in Bath for a fraction of its value through an Omaze charity draw.

A gorgeous country manor house valued at more than £4 million could be won for a mere £10 in the latest Omaze draw. The lucky winner of the Omaze Million Pound House Draw , this time in Bath, will receive the keys to an elegant six-bedroom property with a rich heritage that dates back to the mid-1500s. This magnificent house was once part of the estate of Sir John Harrington, the godson of Elizabeth I, during Queen Anne's reign.

The draw, which aims to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation, was launched today (December 17) in collaboration with pop band S-Club 7. The house comes mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered. The winner will also receive a whopping £250,000 in cash to help them settle in. The brand new owner can choose to live in the house, rent it out for additional income, or sell it whenever they wish to become a cash multi-millionaire. If the winner decides to keep the luxurious property, the £250,000 would enable them to comfortably maintain the house for around ten years. If they decide to rent it out, local estate agents estimate that the property could fetch a long-term rental value of between £10,000 to £12,000 per month. The exterior of the period property has remained almost unchanged since 1712, and the interior still retains many unique historical features, including an internal functioning well, a secret Georgian drawer safe, and graffiti dating back to 1636. The property underwent a huge restoration in 2015, boasting high ceilings and windows that flood the space with natural light. The Grade II listed house marries cosy grandeur with modern design sensibilities, featuring many period details such as panelling, cornices, delicate ceiling mouldings, elegant sash windows complete with shutters, and a magnificent staircas
