1-year-old boy hit and killed by driver while playing outside house in Lynnwood

Authorities in Snohomish County are investigating after a 1-year-old boy was hit and killed by a driver while playing in the front yard.

Courtney O’Keefe, with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, said detectives discovered the boy was playing in the front yard with his two older siblings and their parent before the collision happened.
