BACOLOD CITY – Two suspected drug pushers were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 4, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental on Thursday, September 7.
Police identified the suspects as San Carlos City residents Carlito Layagon, 45, and Libra Dawn Villarante, 35.Both are street-level individuals, police said.
Police Major Ryan Villasario, deputy chief of the San Carlos City Police Station, said the suspects were subjected to monitoring after they learned that Layagon returned to the illegal drugs trade in partnership with Villarante.related stories
