LEGAZPI CITY — Three suspected drug personalities were arrested in separate buy-bust operations on Friday, May 5, in Albay and Camarines Sur provinces, police said in a report Saturday, May 6.
Lieutenant Kharren Formales, Albay police spokesperson, said that Mark Joseph Botalon and Emil Ebrada, both 21 years old, were arrested in Barangay San Roque in Tabaco City around 7:44 p.m.Meanwhile, in Canaman town in Camarines Sur, Elmer Ballesteros, 39, was also arrested in Barangay Haring around 12:40 p.m.
