The city government said the program for the PWDs and solo parents in Barangay 73 was held through the coordination of the Public Employment Service Office and Persons with Disability Affairs Office . “Madali lang pong matutunan at maliit lang po ang puhunan na kailangan para makapag-simula ng negosyo ng pagtitinda ng puto o paggawa ng dishwashing liquid. Kasama sa ating tinuturo ang pagbu-budget at pagpre-presyo ng kanilang mga produkto ,” PESO Officer-in-charge Violeta Gonzales said.
