Expect sunshine and showers as we head into July this weekend

Greater Manchester is set to feel more mild, as temperatures struggle to top 20C for the remainder of the week. A mixed bag of weather is forecast for our region, with rain predicted to fall every day expect for Sunday.

However Mancunians will be waking up to sunny spells tomorrow , with a mostly dry day ahead. There's a chance of a light rain shower at around 3pm, but other than that it's sunny intervals galore, with the mercury hitting 19C.Friday will start off sunny, changing to cloudy by the late morning. Rain is forecast from the early evening, late into the night. Again, temperatures will peak at 19C.
